Adam Turk is the CEO of Siderise Group and the current Chair of the Construction Products Association. Joining the business in May 2020, he has overseen substantial global growth in the business during this time. 

Adam has worked in the building materials sector for over 30 years, having held several top management positions and taking leading roles in a number of significant industry bodies.

Gavin Rees is the Chief Operating Officer for Siderise Group, responsible for operations, supply chain management, and product and process innovation. 

Gavin has led transformative changes in technical, engineering, manufacturing and product development in several organisations. He drove the creation of the Siderise Lean Academy to implement OPEX and Lean Six Sigma disciplines across the business. 

Mark Hendy is the Chief HR Officer for Siderise Group, responsible for employee talent acquisition, support and development across the globe — ensuring that everyone can go beyond their potential and continue to contribute to Siderise’s future success.  

Mark has been a HR professional for over 20 years and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).  

Mick Holton is the Chief Financial Officer for Siderise Group, responsible for finance, IT, risk and insurance. 

As a Deloitte trained Chartered Accountant with almost three decades of experience across a variety of industries, Mick has significant experience in major corporate transactions, and change and transformation management.  

Richard Vidler is the Chief Commercial Officer for Siderise Group, responsible for external sales, business development, customer services, marketing, and commercial activities globally. 

With over 30 years working in the construction industry, Richard has extensive commercial experience with a passion for implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that get to the heart of customer needs.

Tony Ryan is the Chief Technical Officer for Siderise Group, responsible for technical and site services, innovation, training, technical development and ESG — bringing these departments together to ensure we offer a holistic service for our customers.   

Tony is well respected in the insulation sector, with extensive experience in fire safety, sustainability and technical collaboration, and has sat on a number of key industry working groups and technical committees.
