This means formalising our ESG commitments in alignment with our core values and demonstrating our determination to make a positive impact across our business, society and the environment in which we operate through action — from how we manufacture our products to how we participate in wider industry ambitions.

Our material topics
To identify the topics that impact our business and stakeholders the most, we conducted an in-depth assessment. This included analysing risk reports and ESG rating agencies, and surveying 2,000 individuals encompassing our people, partners, and customers.
