Site Services Engineer (Midlands & West)

Purpose of this position 

To manage and coordinate site-related activities, ensuring the successful completion of surveys, inspections, training, and data management, while   maintaining effective communication with clients, statutory bodies, and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities  

• Manage work scheduling in coordination with the Site Services Supervisor and Coordinator.

•  Engage with clients, statutory bodies, and other stakeholders. 

•  Complete site surveys via a reporting app. 

• Deliver on-site customer training. 

•  Report and manage project data. 

•  Conduct site visits, inspections, and training sessions. 

Qualifications  

• Knowledge of external wall construction in low and high-rise buildings. 

•  Understanding of passive fire protection systems. (Desirable) 

•  Previous experience dealing with contractors on-site. 

•  Background in engineering, façade management, or installation is advantageous. 

•  Industry experience.

Job Function Technical Knowledge and Skills  

• Familiarity with site audit software (training will be provided if necessary). 

•  Strong understanding of site survey and inspection processes. 

•  Ability to deliver effective on-site customer training.
